Ikelite 47001 Vacuum Valve for 1/2 Inch Accessory Port and DSLR Top Mount
Vacuum valve fitting for any housing with a spare 1/2" accessory port. Additionally, it can be installed in place of the 1/4-20 top mount featured on all Ikelite DSLR housings produced since 2009.
The valve's low profile avoids interference with housing control operation. The included waterproof plug is secured to the fitting to prevent accidental loss.
This valve is installed quickly and easily by securing one nut on the inside of the Ikelite housing. The housing does not need to be returned to the Ikelite factory for installation.
Vacuum pump sold separately.
Compatibility
Most newer Ikelite housings with an opaque white front feature a spare 1/2-20 threaded accessory port. The plug of this spare port may be replaced with this vacuum valve.
Additionally, it can be installed in place of the 1/4-20 top mount featured on all Ikelite DSLR housings produced since 2009.
