What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and accessories. A small restocking fee may apply to items that are not in 'like-new' condition.
Do you offer technical support for setup?
Yes! Our 'Diver Tech Squad' is available via live chat or phone to help you configure your new devices, install software, or troubleshoot connectivity issues during the first 90 days after purchase.
Are your products brand new or refurbished?
